Having problems with your 2004 Ford Explorer ?

Changed the Actuator and it still not blowing warm air in the back vent or the very top only blow warm air on the floor .When I close the vent on the side dash it will blow in the back but still not the top What Can it be ?

\012If you have kids, chances are they throw an object in to the windshield vent and is preventing the diverting doors from operating. Also, These type of problems can be solved by re-programming the HVAC module with an aftermarket scanner or the specific ford scanner at the dealership. Charlie
