Having problems with your 2004 Honda Odyssey ?

Dido. Dead battery replaced in Honda Odyssey, 2 codes entered, one for GPS, one for Radio/CD/DVD (I thought). Everything working except DVD - says "loading" all the time. Any solutions, anybody? I'd hate to take it to the dealer.

I got the solution from another website and tried it today for this problem. You need to pull the fuse for the radio (slot 5 on my Honda) and for probably over 20 minutes or so. When you do this, the DVD player resets upon re-inserting the fuse. The solution on another website said 1 hour but it didn't take that long, however, I tried pulling the fuse for about 5-10 minutes and it didn't work. There's nothing wrong with the fuse so you don't need to replace it but it just needs to be pulled for a while. Then go to your service record book in your glove compartment and re-enter your radio security code to bring the radio back online.
