Coolant leak on 2004 grand cherokee 4.0

\015 I found coolant dripping under the jeep right at the end of the oil pan right behind the crankcase pulley. hard to see if the water pump may be leaking, causing it to run down the front of the block down to the oil pan. with the serpentine belt & all the pulleys in the way, I can still see a small section on the front of the block which appears to be somewhat wet. However, I don't see a stream of coolant leaking while its running, but its directly underneath dripping on the ground. Do you think its the water pump or could I have a more serious issue?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 26-07-2021

Answers :

Might be the thermostat housing to as its right above the water pump. the best bet would be to pressure test the cooling system and inspect to see where its coming from
