Having problems with your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee ?

04 jgk laredo with a 4.0 started when cold it stumbles and acts like it wants to stalls. when warm it idles high when u come to a stop and surges like someone hit the throttle, any ideas. also it has

Don't know about the electrical issues. To many variables there to diagnose. Your idling problem is going to be related to the TPS. This is a part that is cheap and you can change it easily. The TSP is located at the junction from the air filter connection to the throttle body on top of the intake manifold. You will see a small balck plastic part that will have two screws attaching it to the throttle body. This part is going to be facing you as you lean over the drivers side fender and on the back side of the throttle body. The screws will be a little hard to remove at first as they have thread locker applied to them. You will need a star bit to remove them. A # 20 if I remember correctly. This part will cost you about 42.00 depending where you purchase from. If you buy from Jeep about 80.00. Many of your chain parts stores carry this part. I can't endorse their manes ,but you know the ones I refer too. Good luck.
