After removing the engine cover and disconnecting the battery ,disconnect the air pipes that run across the manifold , these are normally brittle so handle them gently , remove them by pushing the clip at the base of the pipe down while pulling the pipe out.Do this with the fuel pipes too .The inlet manifold is held on by 4 bolts found next to the inlet pipes. There is also a bracket behind the manifold held on by two philips screws. When you refit the new manifold , apply some rubber grease on the o-rings as not to pinch them.Get you radio code before you disconnect the battery.
Which engine has your free lander got if it is a v6 petrol you will probably find the inlet manifold flaps have broken up inside , new manifold is needed and is about 30 mins to fit , let me no if its not a v6 !
