On a 2004 ES330 there are only 2 screws to remove. To access them you need to pull the door handle out and use a flat screwdriver to pop out the plate behind it. The second screw is accessed by using a flat screwdriver to pry up the window and door lock control unit in the handle. While you have the control unit unseated you can also unplug the wire harness that comes in to the end of it which allows the removal of the panel much easier. After you remove the screws you also need to pop out the corner piece in the front corner of the window, it will pop loose using a flat screwdriver also. Then pull on the bottom of the door panel, you may need to use the flat screwdriver to help pop it out gently. Then just pull the panel towards you and lift upwards to unseat the window edge and it will come right off. If you need to completely remove it to access the door, you will need to undo the lower light harness and the speaker harness. They are snap connections, so just push in on their buttons and pull apart. Just remember when you reassemble to reconnect the wires and seat the top of the door panel back into the window edge first, then simply snap the panel back in and replace the screws. It's fairly simple once you get into it.
You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle,\015\012arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the\015\012panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want\015\012to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal\015\012(can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to\015\012access everything inside the door
