Having problems with your 2004 Nissan Murano ?

You're ok to stick with what you have been using, it will usually say on the fill cap what grade to use. If you are worried you can change to synthetic oil. Personally I like synthetic oils, living in Canada I have seen the difference of going from regular to synthetic oil. My vehicle has about 250 000 miles and it still runs like a top.
Almost 111k? thats a baby! 10-30 should be fine. if your worried almost any oil manufacturer makes high mileage motor oil.
