Having problems with your 2004 Oldsmobile Alero ?

Turning over but not starting...suspect bad fuel pump?

\015 Was driving and felt as if it was going to die. eventually it did die. whan I try restarting it turns over but will not remain running. MY grandpa thinks it may be my fuel pump, any suggestions?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 23-11-2020

Sorry to say but it is the furl pump. i just went through the same thing. i replace the fuel filter and my car did ok for a few days but was still sluggish like. i glad i have mechanics in the family, lol, but unfortanately they told me it was the fuel pump. and let me tell you the cheapest i found one for was, may as well say $300. but try that good luck with it though. i had to order mine from california. but my car is a 04 alero, sorry i didnt see what kinda car you had.
