Having problems with your 2004 Pontiac Grand Am ?

2004 Pontiac GA brakes going back once a month

\015 I am having trouble with my front brakes. Replaced hoses, calipers, roders and pads. Went from having to replace the pads once a year...now I am up to....changed Nov.08, Feb. 09 and now brakes are grinding...even when I am not pressing the brakes. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 09-12-2019

Answers :

Sounds like the master cylinder isn't releasing pressure after you remove your foot... Usually the calipers hang up, but you replaced them so...replace the master cylinder and bleed the brakes
