Having problems with your 2004 Pontiac Grand Am ?

I have a 2004 pontiac grand am and it's blowing the fuel pump fuse. I can drive the car and part it and the next morning the fuse has blown. This doesn't happen all of the time. Any ideas

Answers :

You could have a bare wire that is touching something that causes the fuse to blow, check the wiring & connections around the fuel pump, also make sure you are using the right size fuse,if these things are OK the fuel pump may be the problem.....hope this helps.....cheers
