Having problems with your 2004 Toyota Sienna ?

Sliding door works sometimes....

\015 Okay I v'e got a 2005 sienna and we have had it for about 4 months when we first got it the door would pause while I was starting the engine then continue to close now it just stops. I then have to go and manually close it before it will allow me to auto-close. Because it is fairly recent I am wondering if it could have anything to do with what I anticpate is an "original" battery on it's last leg?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 19-10-2020

Answers :

Take the car to an auto parts dealer. They will load test the battery for you--usually for free hoping that you will buy a needed replacement from them. You may also have some corroded battery connections that need to be cleaned and treated with anti-corrosion grease--posts and connectors. Wash your hands after working on the battery to prevent strange holes from appearing in your clothes.
