Having problems with your 2004 Volkswagen Golf ?

My 2001 Golf tdi has problems starting on cold mornings, its like the battery is flat, but have had the battery replaced, starte motor replaced and all glow plugs replaced. Have also had the heater plug relay and timer replaced, still having the same problem.....
