Having problems with your 2004 Volvo XC90 ?

I have a 2004 XC90. Whenever I drive the car in the cold weather, for the first 10-15 minutes of driving, the car makes a sound much like two aluminum cans being knocked together. Very annoying.... After it warms up, the noise goes away. Had a full diagnostic done and it came up totally normal. Have to leave the car overnight, so the service guys can hear this noise in the cold morning hours. Has anyone experienced this? If so, what was your issue? What needed to be fixed? How much did

I have this problem as well in my xc90. I read in the manual that you should let the engine idle down before moving it and that starting to move before it goes back down to 1.5rpms could cause thise. and since iv started doing this, I havent heard the noise. Read your manual it helped me
