Go into fuse box and pull out cooling fan relay this will stop fan.
\015\012Then check coolant temperature sensor(CTS) for resistance. You gonna need shop manual for this.
\015\012If sensor doesn't match up with resistance spec's replace. If it matches with specs then the only two items left are the relay you pulled and the wiring in the circuit. Test relay for shorts. Back probe wiring for shorts also. Good luck Its usually the relay. But I have replaced CTS's also.
