Having problems with your 2005 Hyundai Elantra ?

No heat in the car

\015 I have changed the thermostat and the car still has no heat until the car's temp is already at its normal temp, and only when the RPMs are at about 3000 will the car begin to warm up. My biggest question is, could the ignition coolant sensor affect the heat or is it more likly now the heater core?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 19-07-2021

Answers :

Check louvers that allow air through the heater core ducts. You should hear them move when you change from cold setting to hot setting on temperature dial. Listen closley to the ductwork.
