Having problems with your 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee ?

P0128 i have a 2003 Saturn Vue 6 cylinder...this code is showing up and my friend reset it. i live in so. calif. it came back on after 11 days. heater works good. the temp of the engine is the same as it always is very good. i have noticed my fuel gage not working correctly don't know if that has anything to do with it. i still get good mileage 19 mpg city. don't do much freeway driving anymore. i have around 83,000 miles on it.

Answers :

The dash reading and what the power train control module see are different , also very short trips after engine start can set code , thermostat may be partially stuck open , very low coolant can cause code to set also
