Check all fuses. Check that you are getting air flow with the fan and that it increases as you select higher settings. Do you get warm air flow when on the passive setting and you are are on the move i.e. no fan assist but air being pushed through by the motion of the vehicle. Also check the general coolant level in the car, low coolant could mean that the heat core is being deprived of coolant flow. Next check the solenoid valves with their electrical connections on the pipes to the heater core.. I can't remember if the Jeep has an independent electrical circulation pump for the heater circuit but this is the last on the list of checks
