First, you have to drain the oil from the drain plug located at the bottom of the oil pan,

\015\012after all of the oil have been drain, tighten back the drain plug bolt.
\015\012
\015\012then remove the old oil filter by using a filter wrench, you would need this wrench because it is very hard to remove by plain hands. the oil filter is located at the bottom of the engine or sometimes at its side.
\015\012
\015\012after removing the old one, apply a thin coat of new oil to the rubber o-rings of the new oil filter before inserting just to make a good seal as you tighten it.
\015\012
\015\012now open the oil filler cap at the top of the engine and pour the exact amount of new oil that was specified in your book. and also the correct type of oil that it uses.
\015\012
\015\012then start the engine for 5 mins, turn t off and check the amount of oil at the dip stick. add if necessary..

\015\012i hope i was able to fix ur problem...
