Answers :

Have you checked the Fan Switch and the Connector to the Resistor Module? How about the Fuse? Sometimes it is as simple as a blown Fuse. Sometimes the Connector that connects to the Resistor Module has Over Heated and has to be replaced requiring one to splice several wires. These parts are available online and many auto parts stores can supply them. Another common problem with all GM Cars and Trucks is loss of Ground connection between the Blower wiring and chassis ground. This is through the same connector that is connected to the Resistor Module and somewhere it is connected under the dash to the supporting sheet metal.

Try the Electric Connection for help with replacement connectors and the Color Coding of the wires for your specific vehicle.

If you have no power to the fuse than the ignition switch is bad. sometimes if you unplug the blower motor/resistor power will come back to the fuse but will go away as soon as you plug them back in. This is because there is a poor connection or no connection at all in the contacts of the ignition switch.
