Having problems with your 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix ?
I'VE HAD A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED A COUPLE MONTHS AGO, BUT SEEMS A JUMP START EACH MORNING IS REQUIRED ????
It could be that you have a bad battery, I would recommend that you go and get it tested at a parts place like Advance or AutoZone or the dealership. It could also be that you have a weak alternator, I would recommend getting that checked as well. But, it could also be that there is something staying on (called a parasitic draw) when you turn your car off. I would make sure that all accessory devices (GPS, radar detectors, phone chargers) are removed when the car is turned off. Ultimately though it will take someone physically testing the starting/charging system to really find the problem.
