You will need to start with the battery.
First thing to do is clean the terminals and posts, and clean the inside of the terminals where they touch the lead posts. You can use boiling water for any corrosion, and some sandpaper or a small knife to scrape all the metal so it is shiny bright.
Now, try to reconnect it and see if it will start. If not,
Have someone take it to be tested somewhere, understanding that many places who sell batteries have good reason to find yours defective.
It may need to be charged if it is low.
If it needs charging, inspect your alternator belt and be sure it is tight, and that the alternator is recharging your battery after the car starts.
On some Corollas, there is a plastic and metal fuse assembly that is hooked directly to the positive (+) post of the battery.
I have worked on 3 cars already that needed the fuses and fuse holders cleaned, because corrosion caused them to prevent the car from working right.
If all this is clean and working right, the next step is to inspect the starter itself, but most of the time, the problem is the corrosion or the battery, not usually the starter.
Be blessed.
