Answers :

No, it can not be disabled.
\015\012The theft system is indicating a short term theft issue.
\015\012Have you added any "after market" remote start systems or alarms?
\015\012If NO.
\015\012Insert the key in the ignition, turn the key to run position ( do not start ) and leave it in that position for 10 minutes. Cycle the key to LOCK position, count to 10, then turn the key back to run position and leave on for 10 more minutes. After the 10 minutes is up, repeat the procedure (1) more time and the security system will relearn the PASS code.
\015\012Give it a try and let me know.
\015\012Regards,
My 2006 Chevy Express Van 4.3L will not start, it cranks but gets no fuel. Have spark, no blown fuses, crank position sensor is correct. Passlock has malfunctioned, how can I fix the passlock without replacing it, can it be bypassed? Also, there are no "security" lights lighting up, never have been.
