How do you change rear brake pads on 06 Malibu ?

Answers :

Get a nice pair of snap on water pump pliers and a G clamp .place G clamp on piston and apply slight pressure then turn piston with the water pump pliers ,better getting er indoors to tighten clamp very slowly whilst you support the caliper and wind the piston in at the same time.
