I would take the vehicle back to Ford. You may have a Power Train issue. You know engine, transmission , axles. etc. The vehicle I believe comes with a 5 year , 60,000 warranty from Ford.
\015\012Assuming the warranty is not in affect because of the miles.
\015\012I would say the ecu, is not getting the signal from the tps, maf, or the throttle body. One of the sensors on the car is not communicating. When you shut the car off and restart it, You are basically resetting the system on start up. Some time the sensor is works and some time is is not.
\015\012I would take to the local shop to pin point the parts for replacemet.
