Answers :

If it is not passing because monitor is not completed and there are no trouble codes.
\015\012Start from cold engine with no more than 3/4 tank of fuel and more than 1/4. Drive it about 25 miles with at least 2 minutes of steady speeds between 35-45 mph and also the same at 50-65 mph. Then make several stop and goes, pausing about 20-30 sec when stopped.
\015\012 If you turn the engine off before the monitors complete you must go thru a 6 hour cool down cycle before it will try and complete again. Then stop by an Autozone or some place that checks codes for free and have them check it and make sure no codes are stored in memory and the P1000 code has cleared. If it has cleared you should be good to go then. Plus this will make sure that it is not an issue with their inspection machine linking up with your vehicle. The only other problem it may be is if you are loosing the keep alive memory when you shut down your vehicle. That would be fuse 19 (15amp) in the underhood fuse panel.
