Having problems with your 2006 Lincoln Navigator ?

#7 cyl mis-fire changed #6 coil with #7 coil still #7 cyl mis-fire told that head needs to be replaced at a cost of $4000.00 dollars i have a bad stickey valve.is there any gas additive product that will help this problem or does the cyl head need to be pulled and sent for repair. thanks for your help.

It will do no harm at all to use redexe/wynns injector cleaner at the rate of 1 can to 5 gallons of gas.you may get an improvement.also try an engine oil additive for "flushing"before a full oil change.
\012(as i live in England i dont know the makers names for your additives) if you do an oil change use 5/30 full synthetic to renew so that it goes around the oilways quicker than a "thick" oil.as a "by the way"i have NEVER changed the head for "STICKY " valve as i dont believe there is such a thing.....unless the valve has been replaced with a wrong size stem...........
