Having problems with your 2006 Mercury Mountaineer ?

Took our 2006 Mountaineer into a Napa repair shop to have a leaking radiator replaced. A reputable mechanic did what needed to be done, replaced radiator, upon picking vehicle up, the dashlights and cruise control are not working. They claim nothing electrical was unhooked, tampered with, or anything of the sort. But why did all these electrical issues JUST start popping up? Never had a problem 1 with this vehicle until now.
