2006 Maxima Hard Start When Hot

\015 My daughter bought a 2006 Maxima that starts ok when cold. Very hard starting when hot. Sometime takes 45-60 seconds of cranking when hot. Any ideas?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 15-08-2022

Is there a check engine light? Even if not, your oxygen flow sensor may be sometimes malfunctioning. Use an OBD-II diagnostic tool to see if you have any readings or error codes. You can borrow one from a friend or some auto parts shops will run that through for you - just give some a call and ask.
Throws the code PO340, and before you say it's it cam shaft sensors, yes i have changed them both, i still have same problem ( starting it hot) and wondering what it could be???
