Having problems with your 2006 Sterling 825 ?

Excessive pedal travel on my Rover 45 Diesel.

\015 I have suddenly got excessive pedal travel on my Rover 45 diesel. There is no leakage. The rear self adjusters are working properly. I thought the master cylinder rubbers were going as the pedal just kept going to the floor, especially with the engine running. The servo seems to be working as the pedal goes further down when you start the engine. So I fitted a new master cylinder. Bled the brakes (with the engine running). Now the pedal is exactly as befor. Is either the "brake pressure Proportioning valve" or the " Modulator block and ECU", likely to be at fault?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 12-04-2021
