The door lock actuator can be the problem.Have you checked it properly. It can get short.Check the connections and confirm. The 3 actuators can get short at a time. Its possible. In many cases it happens. That 2 or 3 or all 4 door lock actuators go bad at a same time.\015\012Another possibility is a broken or shorted wire in the wiring loom that goes to the driver's side door. Check the loom at the door hinge.
\015\012Another possibility to check for shorted wire is check the voltage/.Its simple.
There should be a circuit breaker for the door locks. Check for 12-volts on both sides of the circuit breaker. If that tests okay, check for 12-volts at the main switch in the driver's door.
\015\012Your vehicle model year is 2006,but the Toyota Camry of year 1992 has had a RECALL for its vehicle. With the same kind of door lock problem.
\015\012The recall was as follows:--
\015\012\015\012\015\012\015\012There was a recall on\015\012this vehicle for this problem.
\015\012\015\012NHTSA Campaign ID\015\012Number: 92V135000
\015\012Component: Structure: Door Assembly: Latches And Locks
\015\012Manufacturer: Toyota Motor Co., Ltd.
\015\012Year: 1989
\015\012Make:
Toyota
\015\012Year of Recall: 1992
\015\012Type of Report: Vehicle
\015\012Potential Number of Units Affected: 554,910

\015\012\015\012Defect Summary:
\015\012The electronic control unit (ECU) for the power door lock system can fail,\015\012causing the contacts to "weld", and resulting in door lock solenoid\015\012damage, with failure of the door to lock or unlock, even under manual\015\012operation.

\015\012\015\012Consequence Summary:
\015\012If the door fails to open after ECU failure, vehicle occupants would have\015\012increased difficulty exiting the vehicle in an emergency.

\015\012\015\012Corrective Summary:
\015\012Install an additional sub-circuit relay control to prevent malfunction of\015\012original relays in the ECU.

\015\012\015\012So the thing to do is\015\012contact your local Toyota dealer and have the\015\012recall performed.

So the relay can be the possibility. On newer model the relay is mounted on the vehicle.
The power door lock relay on the Toyota Camry is located in the kick panel, the lower panel in the Camry's foot well. Remove the kick panel to access the electronic control unit. The door lock relay is labeled in the electronic control unit.

The door lock relay is in the passenger side kick panel. Make sure the clips on the door key cylinder are ok when you get the door panel off. Make sure all linkages are functioning properly and that the small spring inside the latch mechanism is intact."

\015\012\015\012Thanks. Keep updated for any more\015\012query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Some of these are programmed strange. The remote unit you are using will unlock the drivers door with 1 push but to unlock the rest you have to push it twice back to back to get the system to trigger unlock.
