I had a similar problem with my 2006 Jetta one month ago. You need to have a friend sit in the driver's seat while you stand fifteen or twenty feet behind the car. Have him or her press on the brakes, press the brakes and turn on the emergency flashers, turn on the blinkers with the brakes on and off. Eventually you will find out which bulb is burnt out and it is a breeze the change the bulb. It took us several combinations of brakes/blinkers and looking at the front and back of the car to finally see which headlight was burnt out.
Light bulb = Problem with or broken light.
Video camera = Most probably the engine electronics light. Should go off after a few seconds. If ti doesn't - take it to the mechanic.
DRL = Daytime Running Light - Problem with the lights.
