\015 Hi,\015\012\015\012purchased a new battery, but car still only ticks and the hazzard lights keep flashing. could it be imobilisor?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 29-06-2020

Answers :

If your security light is blinking red with the key in the on position it's an immobilizer problem could be as simple as reprogramming the keys.
Don't remember posting anything to you, But, regardless, first a question... Can you turn off the flashers
at the switch?? Do you have an alarm system? (if so, possible malfunction there) Otherwise, check battery grounds and connections (other ends of cables from battery) if you have one, check start relay&or starter solenoid!
