Having problems with your 2008 Dodge Charger ?

Warranty question. This is probably a stupid question but here it is. I know in order to get warranty work done you must have kept up with scheduled maitenence. Is there a certain window you have to get maintanence done or does it have to be done exactly on the mile. For example if serv ice is set at 5,000 miles and you bring it in at 5,050 miles would they consider that breach of warranty or is there a certain window there?I know dealers can have a tendency to find any reason to void a warranty

Answers :

Depends on the service
often there are multiple intervals for service

ie...\015\012 oil changes @ 3,000 for serve service and @5,000 for normal service

additionally,\015\012 there is room for error if you know who to call
in other words, if \015\012the dealer is giving you problems then just go directly to HQ!!

The\015\012 last thing any auto company wants today is bad PR

I've seen a \015\012dealer replace an engine for a customer have 1/2 price even thought the \015\012customer NEVER changed their oil
No that should not be a problem. The dealer should still warranty its product. Plus, for the most part, they will assume that you are getting serviced somewhere else, example oil changes. this should not keep the warranty from being good. Now if there is a severe problem you might have a problem.
