Having problems with your 2008 Ford Focus SE Sedan ?

I have a 2007 ford focus with a 2.3 high reving on its own

Check the throttle cable, when not pressing the throttle pedal there should be about 1/4 - 1/2 inches of slack.\015\012
\015\012Check to make sure vacuum lines are not broken, PCV is not clogged (while engine is running put your finger over pcv, it should **** your finger) and egr pipe and valve are not leaking
This may be a problem with the tps sensor
