Answers :

My 2006 3500 dos not want to change gears properly during lower speeds . it seems like its holding back and dos not down shift when pedal is pushed to speed up like from 3rd to 2nd or 4th to 3rd , on the the hwy its fine . i jest did all maintenance like mt oil , trans oil , all new hoses for turbo with new air flow mt and new map senc. . all new cooling system and ac , so its been handled for a chance of braking a vacuum line . my vacuum pump above the full pump is making a ticking sound ( new full filter maid it better ) left rear rotter is very thin with 170 k on it getting vacuum from a split going to the full tank from the vacuum pump , i think . could lack of vacuum bog the mt or affect the down shifting or the full pump . it seams i need to become a sprinter mechanic
Seems like you getting Safe mode.Meaning that the cars computer (ECU) has detected a fault from one of your sensors.Try disconnecting the plug to your MAF air flow sensor. If car is ok,then its the MAF.
\015\012But still have the car diagnosed ..and its under warranty anyway.
