Here's a tip from an electrical trickster I know of: Buy a circuit breaker of the same amp rating for your blowing fuse. Rig it up with short jumper wires and spade terminals all around,. so it fits right into the fuse slot, see, and you can start unplugging circuits and finding the circuit that keeps tripping your circuit breaker. You can do the same thing with an ample supply of fuses, but pretty soon, you will find the circuit that's blowing your fuses. Once you find the circuit that's bad, you can trace that wiring and its components. The A/C relay must be right there too. That's one circuit I could care less if I have, lol.
