\015 I have a 02 Malibu and the turn signals keep clicking after they are off. It will do this for several minutes or when I move the stealing wheel or even hit a bump. Try locating and replacing the flasher. On the older models it was under the dash. On yours it's probably in the fuse box, which is probably behind a panel on the left side of the dash. Lid is held on with Velcro. Flasher will be marked as such, will be big and silver as opposed to color coded as the rest of the fuses. It's a cheap and easy first try. The other thing could be the Neopreme switch attached to your turn signal stalk. Could have the detents broken off of it. Go with the flasher first, and good luck!
