Having problems with your Cars & Trucks ?

When i try to start 07 streetglide the starting relay just chatters. Replaced relay samething. Took cover off right side and you can hear the chatter coming from that area also. What would cause that?

Will it turn over by hand? motor seized? smell oil..starter seized if not motor...huge resistance indicated here
