Toyota Echo Won't Start

\015 I have a manual 2001 Toyota Echo. We have replaced the battery and the alternator when it wouldn't start about a week ago. It ran well for about a week and then we took it for a drive the other day, and once we turned it off, we could not turn it back on. We were able to push start it, but decided not to try to drive it home as it wasn't running smoothly. I was hoping for a list of ideas to try to figure out what is wrong with it to be able to point the mechanics in a direction. I have a multimeter, and I will have a code reader in a few days. Any ideas?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 16-04-2018

Check starting system. as you said, you were be able to start when it push.
