Having problems with your Buick LeSabre ?

I have a 1990 LeSabre Station Wagon that hasn't been run much over the past 10 years. We have run it a little the past year and the air conditioner isn't working. I changed over the fittings to fit the R-134a and ran thru the dye and don't see it leaking anywhere. I replaced nothing yet. I didn't think it would get cold by adding one can of this dye sealer. The clutch goes on and off every 5 seconds. Is this pretty normal. I have a 1995 van doing the same thing. It also is low on refrig

Answers :

This is normal as there isn`t enough freon to keep the clutch on long enough to do anything thus lack of pressure in the system.also there won`t be enough freon and pressure in the system to show up any leak if there is one.
