Accelorator sticks when its cold outside - 2003 Ford Escape
Answers :
Cold temps make metal contract . Your throttle body has a valve inside that may tend to get stuck when cold if you have carbon build up inside. I would suggest taking the air intake hose off with a 8mm socket and open the valve by hand. Soak a rag in carb cleaner and clean out the carbon deposits. Then I would lube the linkage with a white petroleim grease.
