Having problems with your Mazda MAZDA3 ?

I have an 08 mazda3 with 29k. Local oil change shop said my coolant tested at 0 degrees when it should test at -30 to -40. They recommended I change the coolant. This doesn't seem right as the owners manual recommends changing at 120k or 10 yrs. Is there a problem? Ihaven't had it tested by anyone else. Should the coolant be changed after only 29k?

Answers :

No if you have not had any problem with your cooling system, I would have it check some where else before you have them do any thing, you can also buy a coolant tester at any parts place for about $5.00. this type of coolant should last a good 100,000 miles.
