Every single bolt that holds that pan to the block flange must be removed, so yes the ones in the front and rear. Then you will need to carefully using a putty knife break the seal of the old oil pan gasket, do not damage the pan by prying with a lot of force, take your time and work around the pan flange until it is loose. Once the pan is loose you must have the engine disconnected from the engine mounts and raised as high as you can to clear the oil pump pickup tube inside the oil pan. The pan does not just drop off, you have to work it around to get it off.
If indeed all bolts are off of oil pan, will need to take thin chisel or flat blade screwdriver, tapping with hammer on each corner first then work your way towards the middle & it will eventually seperate from engine.
