Are you check radiator fan relay? Its pissible that this is located in a bracket at the right\015\012 front corner of the engine compartment.

You will need a digital multi meter to test the fan \015\012relay and do an ohms test on the coolant temp \015\012sensor (not sender) this sensor is a two wire sensor that is at the rear\015\012 or transmission side of the engine in the water outlet.

Here are all the componants that help insure the fan work one is fuse 10\015\012 amp hot when key is in run possition. Then there is the fuse link in \015\012the front of the engine compartment hot at all times. They both go to \015\012the cooling fan relay at the right side of the engine compartment then \015\012one wire (dark green with yellow stripe) go to the cooling fan control \015\012module hot when key in run.

Then a yellow wire goes from the module to \015\012the coolant temp sensor and a ground back from the sensor. When the \015\012computer sees the temp then it turns the fan on via powering up the \015\012cooling fan relay and turn on the fan. The A/C will turn it on as a \015\012bypass. So the computer part of the thing is working other wise it would\015\012 not turn on when you unplug the sensor. So this is that it needed to \015\012do.
\015\012
With your multi meter set on 20 volt scale you will need to check the \015\012relay for power ok. It is on the right side of the engine compartment it\015\012 will have a red, brown, green, and a red with black stripe wire going \015\012to it ok. Now check the red wire it should be hot or have better then 10\015\012 volts all the time. Now check the brown wire it should be hot when the \015\012key is on in the run possition (engine does not need to be running). Now\015\012 if that checkes out ok then we will check the electonic control module \015\012for the fan.
