Having problems with your Dodge Dakota ?

My breaklights and reverse lights are not working i replaced them with brand new ones and they still are not working i looked in the fuse box by the front drivers side door and there is no fuse for the breaklights and th reverse light fuse is not blown my question is what is the problem they worked perfectly two days ago and now they arent

Answers :

You either have no power getting back to the lights or have 2 seperate issues going on. A faulty brake light switch can cause the brake lights not to come on. It is under the dash near the top of the brake pedal. You will know your looking at because the brake pedal will have a flat surface that hits the front of the switch.
\015\012I would start by checking for voltage at the tail lights when they should be on but aren't. A common issue for this is a bad ground at the lights themselves.
