Hi,
\012the most expedient way to check this problem is go to an Auto parts house, and ask them if they would pressure up the cooling system for you and check for any leaks. Alternatively, you can rent the tool required, which is basically a small hand pump with a hose attachment and a radiator cap.
\012
\012The engine has to be COLD, and the radiator at the correct fluid level. Remove the RAD CAP from your vehicle, fit the cap of the tool, and having pinched off the hose leading to the coolant recovery bottle, proceed to slowly pump the tool. Their is a pressure gauge on the tool, operate it untill the gauge reads the pressure for your system.
\012
\012Now carefully check the engine and cooling system for coolant leaks. Wear safety glasses / goggles when doing this check.
\012
\012When you have found the coolant leak (s), release the pressure via the tool and remove it from your vehicle. remove the tool used to pinch off the recovery tank line, and refit the radiator cap to your vehicle.
\012
\012You will now be well aware of what and where the coolant is leaking.
\012
\012Good luck.
