Having problems with your Ford Explorer ?

My brake lights come on but not the running lights when i turn my lights on, the tail lights do not come on but the brake lights work

Answers :

Sounds like either a bad earth fault at one of the light clusters or if the bulbs are double filement, then a common mistake is to put the bulbs in the wrong way round so that the brake light filement is making contact with the sidelight circuit and vice versa. if not then try cleaning the contacts at the wiring plug to the lamp clusters.
