Here is the procedure in the manual.
  1. Raise the front of the vehicle and install\015\012 safety stands.\015\012

  3. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.\015\012
  4. \015\012
  5. Remove both caliper bracket anchor bolts. Examine both bolts for damage.\015\012
  6. \015\012
  7. Remove the disc brake caliper from the front disc brake hub and rotor and hold it out of the way with wire.\015\012
  8. \015\012
  9. Remove the dust cap, cotter pin, lock nut, bearing retaining \015\012nut, washer, and outer bearing, and remove the front disc brake hub and \015\012rotor from the front wheel spindle.
  10. \015\012
  11. Check the condition of the front disc brake hub and rotor.

  13. Remove bearing cone and roller (1201). Discard the seal.\015\012
  14. \015\012
  15. On F-Super Duty, the front disc brake rotor (1125) can be removed from the wheel hub (1104) by removing the 10 M 12 x 1.75 x 32.5Omm E-18 external Torx\302\256 machine screws.
