Answers :

The second pic looks like the clip for the EBPV actuator rod coming from the base of the turbo pedestal that hooks to the EBPV tang on the turbo exhaust housing.

Just slide the clip toward turbo pedestal to release clip. Then push down on rod and it will slide off the post.
\015\012\015\012\015\012 the EBPV AND ROD IS THE ONE YOU GOT TO POP OFF. Reach under the turbo where that rod is and you'll feel that clip, push it towards the turbo, to the right, it will unlock it then loosen all your clamps, babies but in the back, exhaust pipe on the left then remove then two turbo bolts in the middle, their holding the turbo to the pedestal, NO GET THAT TURBO OUT OF THERE AND NEXT IS THE PEDESTAL BOLTS, theirs four, get them out and pull the pedestal.\015\012click this link directly\015\012http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/848859-turbo-housing-swap-2.html\015\012--------\015\012for more help with diagrams please click this link directly \015\012http://www.off-roadweb.com/tech/1003or_2003_a_better_ford_6_liter_potroke_turbo/index.html\015\012-------\015\012check out.keep updated.this will help.\015\012thanks.
