This is very serious matter if you have reported to the fault even during the warranty period. In this case the fault is already logged on in the history and so you need to file a complaint with the same matter that was reported to us.
\015\012The fault indicates there is a flaw in the engine and so a replacement is a suggestion. Most of the cars are covered for two years or over 40000kms. hence you must make a post to the regional service manager of Ford in your area/counttry /state/region with all the particulars of your service book, where the matter was reported and the fact that it is still not resolved causing you mental and monetary loss. The matter can also be filed at the consumer forum but I think Ford will think twice to displease a customer.
\015\012I am sure you will get a feedback as soon as the matter is reported , failing which you must insist on filing for legal action.
\015\012I am surprised that your local dealer has not been helpful as he will be held responsible for the poor services.
